Due to the nature of our products, we do not issue refunds or exchanges. Please ask any questions prior to purchasing or ordering. We will gladly replace any item that is personalized incorrectly due to an error on our part. 
Please check your order as soon as you get it! You have 7 days from the receipt of order to let us know if anything is damaged, missing, or we have made an error in your custom order. We will be happy to work with you to correct any issues. After 7 days we will not be able to replace your item. 

When placing your order, please make sure everything is correct. We have no way of knowing if a name is misspelled or the color is wrong if you do not double check before you submit. Thank you!
